J9 dig-out power config problem

Hello all,
J9 Dig OUT Power Config must set for +Vpot or 3.3V
Is non clear how to set !
No indication are readable in the pcb and also in the manual is not clear.
Instead, J9 is clear how to program …

Is it possible to have info about?

As mentioned in the user manual (4.3.1), J9 is a jumper that selects if the digital outputs are driven internally with the 3.3V present on the Namino board, or if the voltage on them is fed at the +Vp voltage supplied externally
